This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application "TopoN" (hereinafter referred to as the "Application"), which was developed by NaYzEm (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") and offered as a free service. The Application is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

The Application does not collect personally identifiable information such as names, emails, or photos.

The Application only requires access to the Internet in order to function properly.

• Operating system of the mobile device

The Application does not request or collect precise location data from your device.

Firebase Services

The Application uses certain third-party services provided by Google Firebase:

• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM): used to send notifications to users.
• Firebase Remote Config: used to remotely configure and update app settings.

These services may collect limited technical information (such as device tokens). This information is managed securely by Google Firebase and is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Access

No personal data is shared or sold by the Service Provider.

Information may only be disclosed in the following cases:

• When necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of the Service Provider, users, or others, or to investigate potential fraud.
• With trusted third-party providers who work on behalf of the Service Provider, provided they adhere to this Privacy Policy.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the Application.
You may also disable notifications in your device’s settings.

Data Retention Policy

Data collected via Firebase is retained only as long as necessary.

Notifications

The Application may use notifications to inform users about updates or important information. Users may grant or deny this permission when prompted. Notifications can also be disabled at any time from the device settings.

Children’s Privacy

The Application is not directed to children under 13 years of age.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
If you believe your child provided such information, please contact us so we can delete it.

Security

The Service Provider takes reasonable measures to safeguard data processed through the Application.
